Today is the Fourth of July. Normally we'd celebrate at home, but today is special. My wonderful, fat lover told me that his parents wanted us to come by for some barbeque and catching up. It sounds like a good idea, sure. Family, food, and fireworks. Though knowing Eli's father, the small one anyway, this visit was probably going to be full of criticism and showboating. Classic in-law behavior sadly, but I vowed to suffer through it this morning when we left the house.
We had to sell the van to get something bigger since Eli outgrew it. I had tried to get him into it with the kid and the aides, but he had gotten too wide for it. It was expected to happen though with him being 2500 pounds now. He had really been on a tear for the last year. We've been using far more gainer shakes with each meal and been trying a bit more tube feeding while he sleeps.
